Yes, our blends are thoughtfully crafted with whole, natural ingredients and designed to be gentle enough for regular use. As with any wellness product, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have a specific medical condition.

Most of our blends are naturally caffeine-free, except the Clarity blend, which contains green tea. Caffeine from green tea leaves is released more slowly and is naturally paired with L-theanine, an amino acid known to support calm, focused alertness without the jitters.

We honour nature’s wisdom by keeping our blends as close to their natural state as possible. Using whole herbs, roots, mushrooms, and botanicals in their full form allows us to preserve their inherent complexity and synergy, without altering their taste or adding flavourings. While not all of our ingredients are certified organic, we do our best to work with suppliers who care about sustainable and responsible farming. Quality and care are important to us, and we’re always looking for ways to improve and bring you the best blends possible as we grow.

We generally recommend steeping 1–2 teaspoons of loose leaf in hot water for 5–10 minutes, depending on your desired strength. For the best experience, steep covered and let the aroma guide your senses. Specific instructions may vary by blend, so please refer to the package for the most accurate guidance.
